SYNOPSIS: By day, Niasia is a pageant girl on a cross country tour in a pageant circuit, having just finished, and won the grand prize. By night, Niasia finds time to escape the stuffy motel room and make her way down to the skatepark. The skatepark is occupied by skeezy locals of a loose skateboarding outfit using the space to film tricks for a chance at a sponsorship. However, these guys have created an unwelcome environment for Niasia and poke fun of her from the sidelines. Only after everyone else has left, Niasia is free to practice her skills using the ratty board her parents got her a while back. It's practically held together by duct tape and glue. Guided by a coven of skateboarding vampire women, they teach Niasia to embrace both her ambitions in pageantry and passion for skateboarding. Through positive encouragement, and a new kickass skateboard, she's able to shine through, and be the best she can be.
